In 2010 we added some great new appetizers and salads to our menu.
We continued bringing in excellent beers for the beer lovers in Montgomery and Central Alabama.
The first and only draft wine program in Alabama is still at El Rey.
What will 2011 bring? The tea leaves say it’s going to be fun!!!

Good People Brewing Company of Birmingham’s cask-conditioned Coffee Oatmeal Stout.
Plus some late arriving Christmas gifts! Introducing new beers to start 2011 off right - Cigar City Jai Alai IPA and Maduro Brown, Heavy Seas Loose Cannon Hop3 Ale, Terrapin Wake N Bake Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout, Steigl Pilsner and Weihenstephaner!
A firkin holds about 80 pints of unpasteurized, unfiltered beer that is naturally carbonated.
We tap a firkin on the first Monday of every month at 4 o’clock.
