We have had a lot of requests for our carnitas.
So we’ll be serving our pork carnitas for a few days beginning January 31.
Our butcher is sending us a small supply of pastured Duroc pork
that we slow cook in our special braising recipe, and the result is amazing.
Our carnitas will help you get through the last few weeks of winter!

This month’s firkin is actually a pin, which is smaller, holding 4.5 gallons of unpasteurized, unfiltered beer that is naturally carbonated.
We tap a firkin, and sometimes a pin, on the first Monday of every month at 4 o’clock.
