Good People of Birmingham is sending us a “funky” cask-conditioned Farmhouse Ale. Brettanomyces in the house!
A firkin holds about 80 pints of unpasteurized, unfiltered beer that is naturally carbonated.
We tap a firkin on the first Monday of every month at 4 o’clock.
